Personal Recommendation: Arthritis Medicine for Dogs

Disbelief, panic, and then frustration. Those are the three stages a dog owner goes through once he or she finds out his or her dog has arthritis. At first, you won’t be able to believe that your dog has arthritis, then; you panic because you can't find arthritis medicine for dogs, then frustration as you find out that you probably can’t do anything for your beloved canine friend.

Even if you go to a vet, you will find that there is still no one true known cure for canine rheumatoid arthritis. Some are still baffled by the condition and can only make an educated guess as to what to do about it.

In my own search for arthritis medicine for dogs, I scoured the internet and have found some viable solutions. One of which is the use of glucosamine. Combining the use of glucosamine with a good diet and proper exercise, I have found a cure that worked for my fourteen year old Labrador retriever.

It is important though to remember that you should give glucosamine in liquid form. They are more soluble and can be easily absorbed by the body. In pill or powdered form, the glucosamine is just broke down by the stomach acids and is transferred to the dog’s wastes.

In liquid form, it goes straight to the dog’s bones where it is needed. Also, play with you dog, take him for some romps and runs, this not only bonds your relationship, but also gives your dog the exercise it needs.
